P5 Maths Questions

Q1) Mr Yusof is 47 years old and his son is 8 years old. How old will his son be when Mr Yusof is four times as old as Mr Yusof?

Q2) A man bought 30 chickens and ducks altogether. He was given a discount of $0.50 per bird and each bird costs $2 each. He paid $42 less in all. (a) How many chickens did he buy? (b) How many ducks did he buy?

Q10) Freddy was given one quarter of the total numbers of marbles. The remaining marbles were shared between Ali and Samy in the ratio of 4:5. What fraction of the marbles did Samy receive? Give your answer in the simplest form.
